3. You can inspect outer packaging (don't open sealed box)
4. For COD orders: Pay courier directly and get receipt
Failed Delivery:
- Courier attempts 3 times
- If all fail: Package returned to us
- Reshipping charges apply for redelivery

Damaged Package:

2. Take photos and reject the package

4. We'll send immediate replacement or refund
Lost Package:
1. Check tracking and wait 24 hours
2. Contact us if not received
3. We'll investigate with courier
4. Full refund or free replacement if lost
