We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

You Can Return For:

Exchange (different size/color/style)

Refund (if you're not satisfied)

Manufacturing defects

Damaged during shipping

Wrong item shipped

Time Limit: Within 7 days from delivery date

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return, your saree must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed and unaltered

Original tags attached

In original packaging (reusable bag)

No stains, marks, or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Returned with all accessories (blouse piece, if included)

We Cannot Accept Returns:

Worn or washed sarees

Sarees with tags removed

Sarees altered or tailored

Items marked "Final Sale"

Returns after 7-day window

Damaged due to misuse

- Free exchange if same/higher price

- Price difference refunded if lower price item

- Full product refund (original payment method)

- Shipping charges non-refundable (unless our error)

- Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Cost:

- Customer pays: ₹100-150 (regular returns)

- We pay: Defective/damaged/wrong item shipped

Pack securely with original packaging. Keep tracking number.

 

Step 3: Receive Exchange or Refund (7-12 Days)

Exchange: New item shipped within 2-3 days of receiving return

Refund: Processed within 5-7 days of receiving return

💰 REFUND DETAILS

Refund Amount:

- Product cost: Full refund

- Original shipping: Non-refundable

  (Refunded only if item was defective/damaged/wrong)

- Return shipping: Non-refundable

Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Refund Method:

- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days

- UPI: 2-3 business days

- Net Banking: 5-7 business days

- COD Orders: Bank transfer (provide account details)

You'll receive email confirmation when refund is processed.

📦 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your saree arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects:

 

Step 1: Report Immediately (Within 24 Hours)

Don't accept delivery if package is visibly damaged.

Email photos to: support@bhaktiraas.co.in

- Photos of damaged/defective item

- Photos of packaging

- Order number

 

Step 2: Choose Your Resolution

We'll offer:

- Free replacement (no return shipping charge), OR

- Full refund (including original shipping cost)

Your choice! No questions asked for genuine defects/damage.

 

Step 3: Quick Resolution (48 Hours)

We prioritize defect/damage cases—resolved within 2 days.

Total: 2-3 weeks for complete return process

Q: Can I return if I wore the saree once?

A: No. Must be unworn, unwashed, with tags for return.

 

Q: I removed the price tag. Can I still return?

A: No. All original tags must be attached.

 

Q: Can I get a refund for "change of mind"?

A: Yes! Within 7 days, if unused and tags attached.

 

Q: What if I want to exchange for different color?

A: Absolutely! Return original, we'll ship new color.

 

Q: Can I return after 7 days?

A: Unfortunately, no. 7-day window is strict (from delivery date).

 

Q: Who pays return shipping?

A: You pay (₹100-150). We pay only if item is defective/damaged/wrong.

 

Q: How long for refund to show in my account?

A: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

 

Q: Can I return a gift?

A: Yes. Contact us with delivery address, we'll look up the order.

 

Q: Can I return sale items?

A: Depends. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

 

Q: What if my exchange item is out of stock?

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds via bank transfer.

- Bank account number

- IFSC code

- Account holder name

- Branch name
