7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
✓ Wrong size or fit
✓ Color different from what you expected
✓ Style doesn't suit you
✓ Changed your mind
How it works:

- We'll arrange pickup (free for most major cities) or share return shipping address
- Choose your exchange:
- Different saree (same or different price)
- Store credit for future purchase
- Refund to original payment method (minus shipping costs)
Exchange processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Policy
Full refund if:
- You received a defective or damaged product
- Wrong item was shipped
- Saree significantly different from description/photos
Partial refund (excluding shipping costs) if:
- You're exchanging for a lower-priced item
- You prefer refund over exchange for fit/color reasons
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Conditions for Return
We accept returns only if:
✓ Saree is unused, unworn, and unwashed
✓ Original tags and packaging intact
✓ No alterations made (blouse, fall, pico)
✓ No perfume, stains, or odors
✓ Returned within 7 days of delivery
We cannot accept returns if:
❌ Item worn or washed
❌ Tags removed or packaging damaged
❌ Alterations made (stitching, hemming, etc.)
❌ Returned after 7 days
❌ Custom or personalized orders
❌ Sale items marked "Final Sale"
Shipping Costs
Free return pickup:
- Major cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata
Other locations:
- You arrange return shipping (we'll share address)
- Shipping cost deducted from refund (unless product defect)
We recommend:
- Use tracked shipping service
- Keep shipping receipt until exchange/refund is complete
- Pack saree securely to prevent damage in transit
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective saree:
- Don't panic! This rarely happens, but we'll fix it immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos showing:
- The defect/damage
- Packaging (if damaged in shipping)
- Order number
- We'll offer:
- Full refund (including original shipping)
- Replacement saree (priority shipping)
- Whatever makes you happy
Our promise: If it's our mistake, you pay nothing. We cover all costs.
How to Initiate a Return

We'll reply within 12 hours (usually faster) with:
- Return authorization
- Pickup details OR return shipping address
- Expected timeline
Step 3: Ship or Schedule Pickup
If free pickup available:
- Our courier partner will collect within 2-3 business days
- You'll receive SMS/email with pickup date
If self-ship:
- Pack saree securely in original packaging (or similar)
- Ship to address we provide
- Use tracked service, keep receipt
Step 4: Exchange or Refund
Once we receive and inspect the saree:
- Exchange: New saree ships within 1-2 days
- Refund: Processed within 7-10 business days
- Store credit: Issued immediately

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a saree if I just don't like it?
Yes, within 7 days, as long as it's unused with tags attached.
What if the color looks different in person?
Screens display colors differently. If it's significantly different, we'll exchange it. Send us a photo and we'll help.
I removed the tags. Can I still return?
Unfortunately, no. Tags must be attached for hygiene and resale reasons.
Can I exchange for a higher-priced saree?
Yes! Just pay the difference. We'll send a payment link.
What if I'm outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. This policy applies to Indian deliveries only.
Do sale items have different return rules?
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. This will be clearly marked on the product page.
How do I know you received my return?
We'll send an email/WhatsApp confirmation within 24 hours of receiving it.
Can I return a gift someone gave me?
Yes, but refund goes to original purchaser's payment method. You can get store credit or exchange instead.
Special Circumstances
Custom/Altered Orders
Orders with customization (specific measurements, blouse stitching, alterations) cannot be returned unless there's a defect or error on our part.
Sale Items
Regular sale items: 7-day exchange policy applies
Final sale items: No returns or exchanges

Gift Cards
Non-refundable once purchased.
